All Content, logos, designs, trademarks, text, images, videos, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Teach™ by SMS or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws.
You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.
The Platform and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
Teach™ by SMS does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teach™ by SMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or Content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teach™ by SMS, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims arising out of Your use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Teach™ by SMS is not responsible for the content or practices of such sites.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over the Creator’s registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
